SUMMARY: Design, review, and implement content focused on measurable course learning objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist faculty in the design and development of course resources:
Evaluate online content using the Quality Matters Rubric: Apply the Quality Matters Rubric to conduct thorough review of courses.
Diagnose and solve Canvas-based and other software problems: Create materials for and conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in instructional design or a related field is strongly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited higher education institution in the field is required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Quality Matters certificate is preferred. 1+ years of experience is preferred with experience in training in a higher-education environment, in use of a course management system, in HTML, Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Quality Matters and other educational tools.
