Our Master of Accountancy:

  • 30 credit hours that consists of 18 credit hours of graduate accounting courses and 12 credit hours of MBA courses. View the complete degree plan. 
  • Two entry points: fall (August) and spring (January) with application deadlines of August 1 and December 1. Selected courses are offered during the summer terms.

Admission Requirements:

  1. An undergraduate degree in accounting from a regionally accredited college or the equivalent in undergraduate accounting courses with a grade of C or better.
  2. Submit: 
    • A completed online application and $45 nonrefundable fee (Click on the drop-down arrow to select the Graduate application)
    • Official transcript from college/university where bachelor’s degree was conferred and from college/university where prerequisite courses were taken
    • GMAT scores taken within the past five years
    • A current resume
    • Two letters of recommendation
  3.  Faculty interview – Once candidates submit all required documents, the complete application is reviewed by the Graduate Admissions Committee to determine invitations for an interview.

International students should inquire about additional admission requirements.

 Admissions decision and notification:

Applicants will be notified in writing about the admissions decision within two weeks after completing the application and submitting documents. To secure a spot in the Master of Accountancy program, accepted students must submit, no later than 30 days before classes begin:

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit, which is applied to tuition upon enrollment
  • A federal or state issued photo ID at the time that your PBA ID is issued

The estimated tuition for the entire Master of Accountancy program is $21,720.**. This includes tuition for 30 credit hours ($650/credit) and the Resource Fee ($220/semester). This cost is based on a 12-month degree plan.

Financial Aid

Palm Beach Atlantic makes every effort to offer financial assistance through a variety of programs (federal and institutional) to deserving students. Primary funding for graduate study is provided on the basis of demonstrated financial need in the form of work study awards and student loans. Students must apply for financial aid each year by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
