Organizational Management

You want an organizational management program that not only emphasizes management theory, but also the practical application of it. Your bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University will deliver that and more.

Your Program

Work full-time? No worries. Your courses are accelerated, which means you can complete your degree in as little as 16 months. We offer flexible class schedules, including evening classes from 6 to 10 p.m. You may attend two nights per week for eight weeks. For your convenience, classes are offered at our main campus in West Palm Beach and at our Orlando campus. We also offer online courses.

Your Experience

With a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management from PBA, you will be prepared to start — or advance — in careers ranging from human resources director to hospital administrator, restaurant manager to church administrator.

You’ll benefit from a program that emphasizes:

  • Collaboration with faculty and fellow students, who bring a range of experiences to the classroom
  • Learning in a Christ-centered environment — where your professors share the Christian worldview
  • Small, adult-focused classes with just 15–20 students
  • Enhancing your skills in areas such as decision making, conflict management, acquiring and assessing information, critical thinking and effective writing
  • Engaging in hands-on learning through internships and experiences with seasoned professionals
  • Growing your knowledge and skills through clubs and organizations

Your Faculty

You’ll learn from professors who bring real-world experience into the classroom, including one professor who has taught at eight universities and owns a successful consulting business. (He’s also known for his great cheesecake!)

Your Opportunities

The organizational management program at PBA is broad-based and emphasizes management theory and practice. While you acquire new managerial and leadership knowledge and skills, you’ll also draw from your own experiences, both personally and professionally.
